While driving around near downtown Los Angeles (The Arts District specifically, near Skid Row) I was lucky enough to find this woman walking down the street with no clothes on whatsoever.
She was butt-ass naked.
The neighborhood safety patrol was there right away to help figure out what was going on with her. A guy covered her up with his shirt, and then they called the police.
There was a bit of a struggle when the cops showed up, she was fighting them, but they just held her arms and let her get out the energy.
I don’t know what she was on, but she was on something. Probably one of those drugs that makes your clothes itchy.
